Cancellation Policy
209 Window Tint Appointment and Cancellation Policy Appointment Rescheduling: Customers may change or reschedule their appointment up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. If rescheduled, a new appointment must be confirmed with 209 Window Tint. Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 30% fee of the total payment. No-show customers or those who fail to provide notice of cancellation will forfeit 30% of the payment. Customers are granted a one-time grace period to reschedule their appointment without forfeiting the payment, but they must contact 209 Window Tint directly to do so. Vehicle Exclusions: Prices listed exclude Tesla vehicles and any Electric Vehicles (EVs). Vehicle Size & Pricing: Sedans: The price covers up to 7 windows, including 4 door windows, 2 quarter windows, and the back glass. SUVs: Pricing applies to standard or small-sized SUVs. XL-Sized SUVs: An additional charge will apply to XL-sized SUVs, and prices may vary.
